TERMS OF USE · LAST UPDATED 28 JULY 2026

The rules, in plain English.

By using SlabHub you agree to what is on this page. It is short on purpose. If something here reads as vague, email davidptcgnl@gmail.com and we will make it specific.

The most important thing.

SlabHub is a showcase and an inventory tool. It is not a marketplace. We take no payment, hold no money, run no escrow, and ship nothing. Every deal is arranged and settled directly between the two people involved, and we are not a party to it.

What SlabHub is

SlabHub gives you a permanent page at slabhub.eu/yourname showing the graded slabs you own — what is available, what is reserved, what has sold. Buyers can see the state of your collection without asking, and can make offers you are free to accept, refuse or ignore.

Your account and your username

What you publish

Your slabs, photos and descriptions stay yours. By publishing them you give us permission to display them on your public page, in search results on SlabHub, and in the link preview that appears when someone shares your page in a chat. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that the photos are yours to publish, that the slabs are yours to sell, and that what you write about them is accurate.

Grades and verification, precisely

Where a slab shows CERT VERIFIED, the grade and card details came from the grading company's own record, looked up by certificate number. Where it shows SELF-REPORTED, the seller typed them in and nobody has checked them.

Neither badge is a guarantee of authenticity, condition or ownership, and we are not affiliated with PSA or any other grading company. Verification tells you the certificate exists and says what the seller claims — it cannot tell you the slab in the photo is that slab. Check anything that matters to you before money changes hands.

What you must not do

Deals between users

An offer made through SlabHub is a message, not a binding contract, and marking something reserved or sold is a status you set for your own page. Whatever you agree with a buyer or a seller — price, payment method, postage, insurance, returns — is between the two of you. We cannot recover your money, arbitrate a dispute, or reverse a payment, because we never touch one.

Availability and changes

SlabHub is free while we are small. We give no uptime guarantee, and features may change, break or be withdrawn while the product is young. If we ever introduce paid plans, existing free accounts will be told in advance and never charged without asking. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Ending it

You can delete your account and its content at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it. You can also simply stop using SlabHub. If we close your account for a breach, we will tell you why.

Liability

SlabHub is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users, from inaccurate listings, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

Law

Dutch law applies, and the courts of the Netherlands have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.

Changes to these terms

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the site or by email before it takes effect.
